Gotta make a decision before they sell out. Family of 5 coming into Orlando Oct 30 for a few days. Plan on doing HHN night of Oct 30. Only night we will be attending HHN. Have never been to HHN but kids, age 14, 17 and 20, have been after us to take them for years. As a result, I want to assure that we get to see all the houses, all the scare zones, both shows and ride some of the open rides ( Jaws, Mummy, etc..) all in one night. Would love to repeat the best houses and scarezones if possible.

Non-private would cost me $875 plus tax, lasts 4 hours, would be added to a group of others to make 12, and it sounds like you do each house once, I assume all the scarezones? and maybe a show or two.

Private would cost me $1800 plus tax, lasts 7 hours and it sounds like we do whatever we want to do for the 7 hours. Houses multiple times, shows, rides, scarezones. The works. Obviously would be much more expensive if I did not get anyone else to go with us and right now I have no one else committed so I have to assume the possibility exists for just our family going.

Assuming it ends up being just my family, would it be worth the extra $1000 for the private tour?? That is the $1000 question!!

Thanks in advance.

The private tour is the best.7hrs to do everything you want. But for $1900plus after taxes and then the hard ticket, that's alot of $$ for a family of five.

Now the Peak non-private tour might be your better deal.Yes it last only 4hrs,but you get free express after the tour is over.Total cost w/taxes and for a family of 5 is $932 and thats without the hard ticket. But the express pass after the tour would be very helpful.

Hope this helps.Remeber, don't think about it to long cause this year is gonna sell out quik I think.

Went with Private RIP. Figure this is probably the one and only time we will be able to attend HHN as a family. If I can get others to come along that will be even better.

The poster above your post showed a post of someone looking for a family of 5 to go on the private tour with them, should check that otu.
