Time that Flower & Garden food kiosks are open?

I swear I've looked for the answer to this, but didn't see anything specific.

World Showcase is open until 9 pm on the day we're going, during the Flower & Garden festival. Are the food kiosks open until then, or do they close sooner?

They are open the same hours as WS
