Time-Tax Returns.

Hi Does anyone know roughly the time it takes for your tax return if you e-mail it? Got to get those bills paid, DD17 saw a car she wants to buy, both DDs are graduating this year. AND I NEED MONEY.

I think it's about 2 weeks on average if you have a cheque mailed. If you do the direct deposit thing, it's faster. Last year, I put down my account info hoping to get the direct deposit of my return but they ended up mailing it.

In our household we have 2 who DD and one with the cheque. We did our taxes on a saturday night and the Direct Deposit was in both accounts that friday night (it may have been the day before or earlier, no one checked.)

And I received my check on the Tuesday. So for us it was a week for direct deposit and way under 2 for a cheque.

I Efiled mine on a thursday my refund was direct deposited the next saturday. I also did my brothers and it also took a similar amount of time .

Well I wish they would hurry up.... I really want my... well dh's money - it's all mine anyway right !! we e-filed both of ours a week ago last Sunday and are still waiting for the money. Well for his.... I have to pay The joys of being self employed!!
