I should know this, because I go every year, but I don't remember and I can't find the information anywhere! What time does the lighting ceremony take place at It's a Small World Holiday? I want to say it is at dusk, but I just can't be sure! Thanks everyone!

I don't have exact times of the Small World ceremony, but if it is anything like the lighting ceremony of the Christmas Tree and Castle, it will happen multiple times throughout the night. At least it did last year. The ceremony is about 5 minutes long, with music and snow, then the lights will turn off or dim till the next show, maybe 30 minutes later. After the last show, which is the same as the other shows, the lights will remain on for the rest of the night.

Hope this helps,

I cannot say if this is going to be the same this year, but last year (the week prior to Thanksgiving) the lighting of Its a small world was at 5pm with the holiday parade starting at 5:30. We saw the lighting and then hung out there by IASM to see the parade. It is such a festive event! HTH!

The lights came on at 5:15 last night. Then the parade was at 5:45, travelling from Main St. to Small World. I suspect the lighting time will be adjusted as it starts to get darker earlier.
