Bestbuy is having major computer issues with activating new phones right now so unless you have a few hours that you don't mind wasting or you absolutely need that phone right now, I'd stay away until they've fixed the glitch.

ha! me too!! I had to go back to the store the next day because they called me back cause they had my order all screwed up. And I definitely noticed them struggling with the new system. I will never get a phone at BB again-horrible. That said-super nice people that helped me. But still such a pain and it took a Very Long Time.

We went yesterday and got a new Samsung Galaxy IIIS and it took about an hour. I came home with the phone. They were having some issues there too. She was not able to get dh's ordered last night but she called first thing this morning and was able to order it.:thumbsup2

Didn't seem to have this problem black friday weekend, but it was taking 30-44 mins per customer though. Most of them were making changes to thier account or opening up new accounts. Company stores may also be willing to work on pricing too. I had the company store nearly match best buy because they waices the activation fees. It may be worth it to talk to them.

There were waits of over an hour just to get to someone with an open computer and then another 45 minutes to actually process the purchase and activation. Someone else was there who were sent away a few days earlier for the same issue and came back and still had to wait!
