Time magazine article about WWOHP

Time magazine's issue this week gives 2 pages of FREE advertising to WWOHP. They DO mention WDW favorably a couple of times...but it's pretty much "hail to the the wizard".

I checked online to copy the article but they only had a snippet. 2 full pages in the actual magazine.

I thought it was a pretty good article. Harry Potter is big so of course it's going to get some attention.
Is it illegal to scan and post the article?

I thought the title of the article was interesting: "Magic Kingdom - The Wizarding World of Harry Potter lets ordinary Muggles step into J. K Rowling's Universe." The article does mention that the new area is at Universal's Islands of Adventure. When I frist read the title, I thought "well, here's another screw-up, Harry Potter's land is not at Walt Disney World."

I think it's supposed to be a pun -- not an implication that it's in Walt Disney World.

I do too!! I find it's much better than the constant loud, yelling and screaming matches that can be found on cable news channels (CNN, MSNBC and Foxnews) that claim to try and give accurate information. 24/7 and filled with commercials either about viagra or a ambulance chasing attorney who will settle your case with no fees.

Luckily, many of us do. It opens the World to anyone who wants to learn and enjoy. And I agree with the comments that you can enjoy the information without all the screaming......or......editing to get the "scoop" on air first. By the way, Time Magazine has published circulation numbers for the last 4 years.....3.4 million.



I'm happy they mentioned Disney parks in the article. It seemed to balance things in perspective that way.

I had not even noticed the difference between the stark colors of HP and the jolly pastels of WDW. Interesting...color is so important in design today. For example, airports and hospitals are pretty light, calming colors. No fire engine RED at the TSA booths in airports or outside the ER !!!!

....perhaps reporting on the biggest thing to happen in Orlando theme parks in the last few years. Like the new WWOHP or not, it still is news.
