Time Limit on DDP

We will be staying at WDW for 5 days in August/September and then going on the DCL for a 7 day cruise. We plan on using one of our pluses at Disney Quest on the day we return from the cruise. We don't fly home until 6:00 pm that night. My question is...if we leave a CS on our DDP will it still be good after the cruise or is it finished as soon as we leave the parks? Any ideas? I know our pluses stay on our pass for 14 days but what about the DDP.

Your DDP credits are good through the day you check out of your hotel. So if you check out the morning of September 5th, you can still use your TS credit for dinner on September 5th.

You will not be able to check out, go on the cruise, and use your DDP credits when you return from the cruise.

I believe that your dining credits are only valid until midnight the day you check out of your resort. Can anyone confirm?

Thanks for the information. I love these boards. They save you from doing stupid things. We will use all of our credits and eat OOP after the cruise.
