time limit on childswap?

When you get a childswap ticket does it have an expiration time on it? For example, if I took my 5 year old on Splash while my husband waited with the 2year old would he have to do Splash right after us or could we come back later in the day?

Also, can someone please refresh my memory - how many people is the swap ticket good for?

They're good for three people, and they do not have times stamped on them.

They don't have a time stamp on them, but they are dated. Usually good for a few days. We have received one and not used it for a few days. I am going to miss the days of rider swap. For all my trips we have always had kids too small to ride. But on the other hand it will be nice to someday ride as a family.

They are now only supposed to be good for the day you received them.

We were there last May and I know I got one for Splash that was not dated (the ride broke down and we used it the next day, so I know there was no date on that one), but all the rest had the current dates on them.

Someone else stated on another thread that they used to just print up a bunch that were dated for later in the week (so you would have been able to use them until the date printed), but that they are now supposed to print out new ones each day.

There is no time restriction - you can use it any time that day. Some are good for more than one day, there will be an expiration date printed on the bottom of the pass. Each pass is good for up to 3 people total.

I can say in January that Soarin and Expidition Everest were only good that day while Splash Mtn and Test Track for example were good for 2/3 days. So be sure and check the expiration date but otherwise its good anytime that day.

I always took the younger child to do another ride, show, to play or even have an ice cream during a swap. We would meet up later and then older dd and I would re-ride with the rider swap pass later while Dh and the non rider did something else fun.

DH and DS went on Space Mountain in the morning while I stayed with DD, then in the later afternoon DS and I went on SM and DH stayed with DD. I believe the date is on the pass, but no time. They have to be used the day of the date stamped.
