Today we got our luggage tags.

As far as the navigators go. I’m thinking those we won’t be able to see until we’re on board is that right.

One more also. Can you get paper menus in the dining rooms. I’m not a fan of doing everything on my phone.

Sometimes in the terminal you can get the ships wifi and see some things on the app but mostly once you are onboard you will have full access to all activities.

And yes, they have been regularly handing out paper menus on the last few cruises I have been on this year.

You won't be able to see what's scheduled for your specific cruise until you board. You might be able to get the app to swtich to 'ship mode' once you get to the cruise terminal, so you can look at the schedule while you wait to board.

But, you can go to Disney Cruise Line Blog, and they will have navigators from previous sailings. So unless you have a very unique itinerary, you can find navigators for previous cruises on the same itinerary and that will give you a decent idea (though again, not specific to your sailing).

I had 'paper' menus in the MDRs on both my cruises in April and September (I put "paper" in quotes because they are the nice, stylized menus with heavy covers, not just a piece of paper). But I didn't have to use my app to order in any of the MDRs (or Palo).

If they don’t offer you a menu you can just ask for one. I hate taking my phone to dinner.

I have been handed (without asking) the old style menus in April 2022 and May 2023.

And have seen some concise 1 sheet double-sided Navigators posted on the internet.

As soon as I got close to the terminal building entrance, my phone connected to the wifi and asked if I wanted to open the app. I was checking out menus and other activities while waiting in line to check in; we set up the chat function with our friends and booked a ship's tour before we even boarded.

Yep, I definitely booked a couple of activities and checked out the dining changes location while waiting to board. It's pretty slick!
