Time from Citricos to MK

If we have a 6:20pm reservation at Citricos, will we be done dinner & have time to get to MK to see the Wishes fireworks at 8pm? We're going in November.

I think that would be rushing what should be an AMAZING and relaxing dinner. We had an 8:30 reservation and held our mains until after the 10pm fireworks... Though we were purposely taking our time and had gone back and forth about appetizers (my #1 choice was sold out for the night) and debated ordering entrees at all as we'd had a big (huge!) lunch at Sanaa.

Signatures usually take about an hour and half to two hours.

You could do it, and if it makes you happy, be all means, do it. I'd show up on early side (might get in a few minutes early), tell the waitperson that you're looking to move it along. But it could be tight, and you still have to catch a monorail (or less reliable, a boat), get through bag check, into MK, and find your spot (among a crowd).

You may already know, but Wishes is really quite good from either the marina or dock at the Grand Floridian. That might be a great alternative.

I also think it's unlikely that you'd make it back to the MK in time to find a good spot to view Wishes. The average Signature meal takes between 1.5 and 2 hours for three courses for my family of three adults. Signature meals aren't (in generally) meant to be quick, so the servers tend to pace things at a more leisurely rate, so if you wanted to eat faster, it would probably be helpful to let you server know that you wanted to be finished and on your way out by 7:15 pm. That would give you 45 minutes to get back to the MK (monorail or ferry - I'd go with the monorail because it's probably faster), through bag check, and onto Main Street.

Otherwise, as others have said, you could also try to watch the fireworks from the boat dock at the GF. The view is pretty good and they do pipe in the music. This is roughly the view:

Dont rush Citricos. Its such a great restaurant. Maybe show up around 6 and ask if you can be seated earlier.
