time for boat to CR in the morning?

We have ADRs for Chef Mickeys at 8:15 a.m. in late May and are staying at the Fort. I know there is a boat that runs from FW to WL and then to CR, and I'm wondering how much time I should allot for getting there. Factoring in possible wait time for the boat, what time would you recommend we get to the launch so we will be fairly assured of getting to CM on time?

I am nearly certain that there is a boat to CR from the fort that starts at 6:45 am. Can anybody back me up on this?

There are USUALLY two separate boats running to the resorts. One going to the CR first then to WL then back to FW. Another one runs to WL, then CR , back to FW. Ask the boat captain where he is going first and is there a second boat running to the other resort first. I usually plan on getting to the dock 1hr before ADR times at these resorts. This allows plenty of wait time at the dock, and boating time. Bare minimum would be 30mins.
