Time Activity/Excursion Bookings Start?

I've tried to figure out what time the bookings start online for activities and excursions, but can't find it. Do they start at midnight, 6am, 8am, etc.? We're first-time cruisers and want to try and be ahead of the pack if at all possible, since we're really already way behind the other passengers!

On the day your window opens, it's at midnight, eastern time. That is, for example, if your window opens on a Monday, say, it's at the midnight where Sunday becomes Monday.

And you can't be already logged into your reservation before that. You must log in after midnight, just hitting "refresh" won't do it.
