Your first night there with LeCellier & Illuminations (& drink) sounds like DH & I first night. We checked in at BC, went to Epcot & had an ADR for LeCellier at 4:55 then walked around after & got a Grand Marnier Slushie.

Your day at HS sounds great too. And we also had dinner at Kona. Very good!!

Glad the packing is going well.

TSM is a favorite of my families, too. Congrats to Tim on the weight loss that is a huge accomplishment. That Dole whip looks delicious. I will definitely have to try one on our next trip.

I will be getting my first Dole Whip & a few slushies in 2011. I missed the Dole Whip the last time that we went & didn't know about the slushies!

I found out today that one benefit of my DH's retirement is a good discount on park tickets. Whoo hoo!

I received my mini Hipster today, it will be perfect for my travels.

Hope you love dole Whips, they have become a new favorite of mine. GREAT retirement perk! I prefer the backpack but Diane loves the hipster, to each his own : )

Well, we had a busy day today. Luke had a track meet this morning (which he did well in). Hit the bank, got Luke a haircut and Lauren and I got pedicures (life is rough, I know), and I have laundry to do tonight and Tim is DJing this evening. Tomorrow is Karate Kid movie matinee (can't wait!!!) and pack pack pack pack pack!!! I haven't gotten much accomplished in that department, but clothes are ready to go, most suitcases packed with clothes, one last load of laundry and then we'll just start compiling everything on the list, shouldn't be a problem tomorrow.

So....... this time NEXT week the theme will be about FRIENDS. We found out my college room mate, her husband and daughter will be at Animal Kingdom on this same day so we plan on meeting them at rope drop and showing them around (they have NEVER been).
We will meet them by the gates:

I plan on taking them to see the Nemo Show (can't wait to see it again!)

Expedition Everest is a MUST (this will probably just be Tim, my friends husband steve and the kids, I may hang with Wendy and their daughter Tyler Rose because Tyler is terrified of these types of rides, we'll see):

I'm sure it will be a hot and unforgiving day at Animal Kingdom, so we will get in line at Kali River Rapids to cool off:

Or just take matters into our own hands:

The Safari will also be in the plans as well, and maybe Triceritop Spin, etc.
Then when we are exhausted and have had enough, we will say goodbye to Steve, Wendy and Tyler and take our sweaty selves back to the hotel:

We will get all cleaned and showered and head out to Epcot to meet up with Bryan, Diane, Matthew and Eric!!!!

CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!
We have dinner reservations at Biergarten together and then after we can enjoy Illuminations together:

Best of luck packing and with the drive! I saw a YouTube video of the fireworks and they look pretty good although I will miss Wishes. Can't wait to read your review of them. Also you are going to love Main St Electrical Light Parade. I loved it growing up and can still hum the music to it from my very old Park music CD's. Take lot of pictures and we will all be waiting for you when you get back!
