Tim and Lesley Year of Million Compromises/TONS pics- 8/5 help me pg. 164!!!

Loved the video of Lauren it was so cute! Looks like something my kids would do.

Rockin Roller Coaster looks like so much fun. But I never get chance to make it on. I'm a little scared of rides like that.

Pizza Planet looks like fun. Haven't eaten there before, might need to make a stop there next time....

Another wonderful installment! We love Pizza Planet, it's our usual MGM lunch. We get there right at open and have the place practically to ourselves, love it!

While I enjoy your storytelling, I also pick up some great tips from your reports-like the type of meals at Pizza Planet! You guys sound like you have the best time together--thanks again for sharing:yay:

Great updates! I can't believe they changed that scenery from Meet the Robinsons to Ratatouille so quickly!:confused3 My kids saw the movie last week and absolutely LOVED it:thumbsup2 We ate at pizza planet and completely agree with your assessment WAY too much food, we also used 4 cs credits and I said to DH we should of only used 2:laughing: So you're not the only one! LOVE Lauren dancing , so cute how she has no inhibitions, so great to be little and carefree!princess: I would love a copy of your book as well, so ambitious and brave of you to take on that challenge! Good Luck:wizard: Looking forward to more..........

Another great installment! :thumbsup2 I LOL at Lauren dancing her little heart out at DDR!! :rotfl2: Such a cutie & looked like she was just having a blast. :thumbsup2

Can't wait to hear more. :)

I have been such a lurker :sad2:

Just wanted to tell you how much I love your trip reports. I've read the one from last year and are now caught up for your recent trip. Your family is sooo beautiful and your times at Disney seem so magical.

We...well I am planning (unfortunately my grouch...ummmm DH is not as enthusiastic about Disney as I would like him to be) our 1st onsite Disney trip for next Sept. hopefully to celebrate my son's B-day and also hoping for free dining next year  My dream would be for you to help me plan my trip...but I'm sure I'd have to get on a long list!!! Hopefully I can plan an as magical trip as you do. Hey with 14 mths to plan how bad can I screw it up right!!! :rotfl:

I also noticed in one of the pics that Tim and my DH have the same wedding band...crazy huh?

I wanted to ask you a silly question. Next Sept. DS1 will be almost 3 (he turms 3 in early OCT.) and I know that Lauren is 3 and made the 40" mark. I know this is going to sound soooo silly but....is she almost 4 or did she recently turn 3? I'm really hoping that my DS1 is tall enough next year. Also, last year when Lauren wasn't on the DP...did you have to buy her much food OOP or did she do just fine sharing?

Sounds like another great MGM day!
Glad RnR was open!
Lesley- you got a lot done this morning! We might just have to go on the Great Movie ride EARLY!

Also thanks to know about Pizza Planet... we will do some sharing! Love the video what a cutie!

Have you seen Ratatouile yet? Hannah loved it and I even showed her the pics from your report! She loved seeing Remy and Emile and all the characters and asked if we could see the Belle show!
Thanks for sharing another great day!

:thumbsup2 Thanks for this great installment. Tim's song is a riot and his stalking the Dream Team is equally as funny! :rotfl2:

Another fun day in disney. I cant believe you are already on day 8. The next installment sounds funny. Cant wait for more!!!

My DH is laughing at me. He says you give me too many ideas!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Funny, but we saw the same belle last year too! I have pictures! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
Tell your DH I am sorry, glad you googled the Narnia thing, looks cool doesn't it!
Lesley

I just read your newest post and I LOVE LOVE LOVED it! I def. have some comments to make...
What would be your advice for a petite woman and a man with a big appetite(esp. on vacation) with no kids? I would love to save a credit or 2 SOMETIME during our vacation so that we can have a decent breakfast one day.
That was absolutely the CUTEST thing I've EVER seen. :cutie: Thank you for posting the video!!! After seeing that, the pictures didn't do her justice!
I've never seen them before. Do you know what they're act is called?
!
Glad you are LOVE LOVE LOVING IT!!! For the petite woman and the man with the big appetite I would split the counter service credits every now and then so you can use them at breakfast, Pizza Planet is a great example, Tusker House is another one at AK that has huge portions, Epcot has several places with huge portions, Enjoy! As for Lauren dancing, I love that video, makes me laugh every time I view it.
Lesley

Okay, another great installment! Lauren's dancing was great! Hehe! Pizza Planet has two floors? Do explain! I haven't been there in a LONG time so I don't remember anything about the place!
Glad you enjoyed it. Yes, Pizza Planet has two floors, we always eat upstairs to get the kids to eat and it's less crowded up there then I take the elevator right by our table downstairs to get the food, works great!
Lesley
OMG! I'm just :rotfl2: so hard at Tim's newest song! Too funny! And Lauren is just a little Flashdance diva on the dance machine! The video was just too cute!
glad you enjoyed Tim's song, he's a funny one. Flashdance Diva, SOOOO true!
Lesley

Rockin Roller coaster is a blast, you should give ita try, if you do, ride up front, MUCH better ride at the front, you see more and less jerky. Pizza planet is lots of fun!
Lesley

We get there early too, key to enjoying the place!

YEAH!!!!!! Got another lurker to post! glad you enjoy them, hope your DH converts to a Disney lover. Lauren turned 3 in October so she is 3 1/2. Hope that helps you. The year she wasn't on the dining plan we did a lot of buffets and that was great, otherwise she shared with me, some people would split the kids meal of luke's and put it on two plates for us and only charge us for his, that was nice!!!
Lesley

And slowing down at this point would be torture! I leave at 3 AM Wednesday!

Oh I am loving this installment! That video of Lauren is absolutely the cutest thing EVER. Man you have some beautiful children...makes me want to start having my own now :lmao:
anyway, I love your TR and it is making me ready to leave NOW for our trip.
AND, I'm getting sad that you are coming closer to the end...whatever will I look forward to reading then??

Lesley,
I have been super busy so have just caught up with your TR. Loved LeCellier and the pretzel bread, went there in 2005 during free dining and really had a nice time. Your tip about the transportation is great, but I did not know that there was a bus that went from Epcot to MGM. We have always used the slooooowwww boat from International Gateway to MGM. Nice to know about the bus option.
Great pictures from MGM, too funny about lurking for the Dream Team. Gotta love the front of RNRC, the smoothest ride. We always follow that suggestion to people by telling them to ride in the last car on BTMRR.
Your children sure look like they are having the time of their lives, thanks for not dwelling on the crabier times. Everyone knows they occur, but I always feel that if you can redirect them they pass quickly. Looking forward to more. BTW, my husband also thinks I am nuts for reading the DIS, tells me I am living in a dream world. LOL.

Leslie:

My wife and I agree that RNR is the bestest ride ever. Our first time on this ride, the CM told us to take the front seat since it was our honeymoon. So we were spoiled from the get go. We were also forced to ride it two more times later in the day. It must have magic powers

The video of Lauren is priceless! My daughter also loves that game at the arcade but she can't see the screen since she is only 4. Santa brought her one for Christmas that is for her age group and she loves it!

Can't wait to read about your Mama Melrose experience and also Fantasmic. In all the times I have been to WDW the ONLY nighttime show I've missed is F!. But we have plans to see it next month.

LOVED Lauren on Dance Dance Revolution! I'll also have to keep in mind the Pizza Planet pizzas and good use of credits ;)

Looking forward to more!

WOW!! I can't believe you REALLY ARE writing a book!! Everyone always tells me that I should write one, b/c I'm always offering tips (especially to newbies) that people find helpful and (like every other poster on here) I love, love, LOVE the planning! And like poster "jwwi", I'm always teased about being on the boards!! My entire family always tells me how much time I "waste" on here!!
Imagine that..."waste" LOL!!! However, when all of us DisNUTS would want to buy a book by a fellow disboarder, YOU'VE GOT TO KNOW YOU'RE GOOD!!! Your transportation tips alone, as well as which restaurants offer the most food for the credits, would make it SO worthwhile! Keep up the great work....I can't wait to be able to say "I knew her when..."

The bus option is great to know about, certainly helped us this year, hope it helps you too. I try to focus on the positive, glad you enjoy that.

I know, it is taking upa lot of my time, it's so much more work than I thought, guess that's why so many people haven't actually done it. I will keep all of you posted!
