After hearing Kevin rave about Tijuana Flats forever, we're getting one in Raleigh! I saw the sign today. It's still empty, so it will be a little while, but I can't wait to try it. I'll have to check out the menu and get my order all figured out.

I can just pretend I'm eating at the one down there!

We tried this last trip to Orlando and I have to say...the tacos are to die for!

I started talking it up to DH and his brother tonight at dinner (at another Mexican restaurant-definitely our favorite!). I'm sure I can get them there pretty soon after it opens, especially since it's not too far from our house, and fairly convenient for his brother.

We should have simultaneous DIS meets at the Raleigh location and the FL location. Now, I'm not sure what the point of that would be, but it sure seems cool!
