Hiya,
This is my first time posting in this section!
I've been working on losing weight/toning up, though I haven't been using any kind of regimen other than going to the gym when I'm able to.
I've noticed that as I have lost the weight I have so far, under my chin (between chin and neck) has gotten more and more turkey-like
and I'm wondering if there's any non-surgery way to tighten that up? Unfortunately with my prominent chin it tends to *stand out* a bit and I'm pretty self concious about it!
