Hiya,

This is my first time posting in this section! I've been working on losing weight/toning up, though I haven't been using any kind of regimen other than going to the gym when I'm able to.

I've noticed that as I have lost the weight I have so far, under my chin (between chin and neck) has gotten more and more turkey-like :scared: and I'm wondering if there's any non-surgery way to tighten that up? Unfortunately with my prominent chin it tends to *stand out* a bit and I'm pretty self concious about it!

Thanks in advance!

CHeck out ad that shows up below your post! I wish there was an easy answer for you, but I'm in the same boat. I have thought about looking into "Lifestyle Lift".... not sure what it entails... maybe some sort of laser therapy? But if the results are anything like what they show on their ads, it would be terrific!.....................P

ETA: Just out of curiosity I just googled "Lifestyle Lift". Seems like a bad idea.... several websites full of complaints and problems. I thought that the ads said it was "not surgery" but apparently it is some sort of mini-face lift. Looks like something to be avoided!!

I also clicked on the ad that showed up here. Some sort of neck exerciser. Seems kind of silly, but for $19.99, if it worked it would be worth it. But since my problem is mostly loose skin, I don't see how it could possibly work. Oh well.. guess I've got to learn to love my droopy neck.................P
