I missed everyone sooooooo much! Thanks for the welcome back. I had a pretty good week. Ate a bit too much last night after a stressful drive home (ick, I-95 is yucky!) Just did a pilates workout that kicked my butt, so I feel back in the swing of things. I was able to power walk up in NC, so that was fun! Weigh in is tomorrow and I expect it to be the same as it was last week, so I'll be more than happy if I maintained!
