...cookie recipe!

About a week or so ago, I asked if anyone had a good recipe for a cookie press, and Tiggerlover suggested one.

I tried it today and it was AWESOME! Thanks Debbi!

I made about half the batch with the cookie press, and then it really started to get me angry (the press was acting up). So I made the remainder into plain flat, round cookies. I had used almond extract, and I discovered it makes a great almond cookie (just like the Chinese restaurants here)!

Thanks again, these will make great Xmas goodies to give away!:teeth:

Ricola,

Not only am I in the mood to make cookies, I am in the mood to EAT cookies!! I have been eating any and every kind of cookie I can get my hands on in the last few days!

Btw, I also made another batch of cookies, coconut chocolate pecan crisps, which turned out quite well. It's also something you can prepare ahead of time because you make the dough, roll them into 4 logs, and refrigerate them until they're firm before slicing them. You can store them in the fridge for quite a while before using them.

If anyone's interested in the recipe, let me know!
