The chap who was accused of having a little too much fun, fun, fun, fun when working as Tigger at WDW has been found innocent by a jury who took less than an hour to deliver their verdict.

Just goes to show that people can see through all that litigation rubbish sometimes.

Just as well the lawyers never got to hear about his bottom being made out of springs!

Here is a link to the story in the Orlando Sentinel, although you will probably have to register to read it.

I am pleased for him although his fiancee left him didn't she. It's a shame that this kind of thing happens, although in this lawsuit happy world anything can happen!

I think the fact that it took less than an hour for the jury to come back with a verdict speaks volumes! I mean really - if you're going to grope someone, are you going to do it in front of hundreds of people looking on? And cameras?!?!

From what I've been reading, the most disappointing aspect of this whole sorry story is the lack of support the poor guy's received from Disney.

Whilst of course they have to protect their reputation, what's happened to "innocent until proven guilty" ? :(

We're "sue happy" over here. It's fairly obvious that these people were out to fleece Disney. I'm glad this man stood his ground--took guts.
