Morning everyone!!!!!

I really need to work on eating healthier today/exercising more/drinking more water today.

You may ask, well, How is that nutsy Jen-jo going to accomplish THIS? She could hardly tote around a piece of pizza and exercise at the same time!

Well, I'm going to measure my portions even if it kills me (maybe take a measuring cup with me to the HP Midnight Bash...), eat healthier foods (like NOT PIZZA), planned snacks (should I do 2 or 3? 2 spans from 8:00 am-11:00 am, lunch then 3-5:00 pm and dinner but I'll be way later than my usual crash time), drinking my water, and exercising (weights, I think. You all know Hermione carries around a large messanger bag full to the gills with books? And also walking.)

**My mommy is going to call the Brat Kids mommy and give her a (ala zurgswife and delswife) talking to and a boo-boo face.

Breakfast: 1 ham and scrambled eggy (2), one piece of wheat toast (1) with 1 teaspoon butter (1) and 1 8-ounce glass of milk
Snackie will be: fruit snacks (2) and banana (2), cheese and crackers (2 ounces, 6 crackers=4 points)
 
Breakfast was as scheduled. I could've went out to breakfast but wisely chose not to.

I am STUCK! I am fluctuating but not losing. In the 100day challenge, Cam-ulous Cam said that I should be eating my FPs and most of my AP's...but other than that I have no ideas. How many FPS am I supposed to eat a day? Too many questions, few answers.
 
hang in there jen...my scales aren't moving all that quickly either....but if you just KEEP ON... well you know ;) then soon enough they'll begin to go down again!!!

Have a beautiful day. After hearing about the BRAT kids I feel very sorry for you. Kids now don't have ay respect for anyone. My mom would really have her way with us kids when we were little and we were disrespectful to anyone. You really should tell their mother and not sit for them anymore. If they are disrespectful to you then there parent must not even care what they do. DON'T WATCH THEM ANYMORE. You don't need that.

You did a great job in not eating yourself to feel better after the BRAT kids left. Good job. :flower: SMILES

Thanks...I'm going to...actually my mom is going to, as I feel bad but I need to get away. (From all the books I've read, but haven't experienced, it's like being in an abusive relationship.) I was guilt tripping myself about "well, the kids love me"...well, that's just a facade! And it's sad. Thanks again...I appreciate it.

Exercise: 30 minutes walking...

Lunch: I'm thinking something other than a salad. Something yummy...maybe chicken cordon bleu (8 points), tomato soup (2) and something else...yummm!
 
Hi Jen - I think measuring your portions is a great idea. A lot of times we eat 2-3 servings of something, thinking it is 1...

Hope you have fun at CP! Remember the caramel apples are awesome - and it can't be THAT bad for you, it's an apple for cryin' out loud!
 
Hello. I know what I had for lunch, but I don't know what possessed me to eat all of that.

L: 2 corn dogs (10 total), 15 chips (3), salsa
S: 15 chips (3), salsa

1 liter of water drank. I'm pretty sure it's going to storm. I don't feel like moving...the solution: DANCING!!!

I even got a nap in today! Bliss! ::yes::

Amy-Hi!!! I might get a caramel apple...do you think that I can go 98 days cheat free instead of the whole-hog 100? 1 day CP, 1 day birthday (in August!!! the 28th!!!) Nobody will be disappointed or anything, will they? All I want is to be able to splurge on an extra snack on my birthday...and at CP.
Or maybe I'll get popcorn...or a pretzel...or JOHNNY ROCKETS!!! :rotfl: Thanks for the reassurance. :hug:

I think 98 days cheat free with two planned cheat days (CP & BD) is excellent! I say go for it and be proud!

Hey Jen, I got to visit 2 in one day. How did this happen? Well all of the kids are sleeping and I finished my WATP (4 mile) DVD. I was going to read my William Faulkner book but decided to come and make a visit. I think it will be fine to eat a carmel apple. You are doing great and you deserve it.

Hello, dear friends and also new ones.

The party stunk. It wasn't even worth it to eat anything (the smarshmallows I had at home were better, much better!). I'm spoiled on HP parties full of crafts and games and "magic wands" and chocolate frogs and make your own cookies instead of a movie, trivia and really nasty looking cookies. The punch was the best looking thing and I didn't even have any!!! We only made it 1/2hr. Way too hot and it was rainy and all the chairs were taken up. We'll be off to get the book in about 20 minutes. I also have to get my costume for the choir's play (In the play, I'm in the choir...ironic!) "Christmas in July!" I just need a blouse yet...we will probably be eating at Paneras. YUM-O!

Good morning, Mike...I wasn't able to make quesadillas :( I had 2 pork chops and about 2 spoons of creamy chicken noodles (5 points, 1 AP used)...8 marshmallows later (4 points, Flexers!) And I will be trying McyD's for lunch to see if it still tastes good as it used to. Thanks for popping in!

I just checked out PTS values for those little souffles they have! 11.5 for the spinach and artichoke one, and 12.5 for the spinach and bacon one! :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: Holy cow...maybe I should stick to bagels and fruit...

Morning TC2009!!! Are you going to check in, or have we all lost you until you finish HP? I think I could forgive you for that...I've only read the first 4, but I actually was so engrossed in #3 that I stayed up late while in labor and finished it in the hospital before DS finally showed up via C-section. GREAT books!

I have to tell you - as a non WW person but a Disney fanatic, FP and AP have different meanings to me. So using my meaning, I'll answer your question tongue in cheek...go ahead and eat as many Fast Passes as you want - I don't think paper has a high calorie count. But I'd hold off and only munch down expired Annual Passes - too expensive if they're still active. I can send you mine and Dh's that expired in May if you like...I understand they are delicious toasted with just a touch of peanut butter and jam...

Seriously - what does that stand for??

I made the mistake of eating a cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera back before my 100 day challenge and oh....yum...I can only imagine the blueberry...enjoy!

And also - enjoy your book!!!!!

Sorry to hear the HP party was a bust!! I am dying here because I ordered my HP & THBP from Amazon and we don't get deliveries on Saturday!!! So I have to wait til Monday to get it. :guilty: I guess I will survive!! Hope you have a good day though and if you do get McD's it is worth it! (He says ominously... LOL!! hehehe!)
