Thank you Tara. You don't know how much your words mean to me right now. I'm over it for the most part, but there's this little sad part in me that springs up every once in a while, but I allow it to go on for a minute and no more. It's the minute rule (used in THE CAR by Gary Paulsen). If you feel bad about something you grieved over that is "over with", like squad leader tryout, I have a minute to think everything over/stew/whatever the case is, and then it's done! You are an AWESOME friend and a wonderfully inspiring WISHer!!
Calena-Thanks about the note. Physical wounds take time to heal, but emotional hurts take even longer. I should remember that. I just want to make sure she's not gonna go off the deep end and make sure that I'm not trying too hard/caring too much. Thanks!

AM Snack: 2 slices toast with butter, water 24 oz (4)
I can tell right now that it's going to be a very carb-filled day. We need to go to the grocery store and get some good veggies/fruits/yogurt and protein sources. Speaking of which, I'll probably go out for lunch today. I'm trying to avoid a "carbo-HIGH-drate".
Exercise: 7 minute walk to the library, 12 minute walk back due to train.
