Well, he plead guilty years ago to reckless driving. He was under the influence of many medications at the time, I believe. so that's something.

He has two children. A daughter who is 18 and a son who is 17.

I think anyone who drives drunk or under the influence of any drugs is a scumbag. Addiction is a disease, yes. But after you've endangered the lives of others on multiple occasions (and faced little to no consequences), I just can't have much sympathy for you anymore. You could end up killing someone. It happens way too often and it pisses me off. So many innocent lives lost.

Celebrities and people with money always get off too easy for their crimes.

From what I've read, there seems to be quite a debate about if it's even a real thing. It's definitely not a physical disorder but possibly a mental one. But again, very debatable.

Out of control. Far out of control. Publicly breaks his own legs and goes off and repeats same type of behavior.

He is a danger to himself and others when it comes to his rationality about driving.

Humans are notorious for having all kinds of unhealthy addictions ranging from not that harmful to very harmful. I would say the majority are mental. Drugs, alcohol, nicotine and caffeine are the only ones I can think of that cause physical dependency.
