Do you have kids in your party? How old? I would recommend Tusker House for the value on the dining plan, but some caveats:
Buffets can be good and bad with kids. Good because they can get their food right away and pick what they want, but unless they are older you have to get up and down to help them and with the characters coming around food can get cold and it's just not the most relaxing experience.
