We couldn't get FP for the earlier ROL show so we were going to book a ROL dinner package at Tiffins. The food is not really stuff our kids would be interested in. They are 10 and 13, so they are considered adults in Disney, but could order from the kid's menu at a non-buffet. Could they order from the kid's menu at Tiffins if we were doing the ROL package? Or would they be charged as adults anyway?

For dinner packages the cost is based on age so your kids would be charged the adult price even if they order from the kids' menu.

They would be charged as adults. Have you considered the ROL breakfast package at Tusker House? They have plenty of choices for the not-so-adventurous, which might take the sting out of the adult price tag.
