Tiffins...how do you get an ADR for 7?

Even at 180 days out there was never a ADR available for more than 6 people. My DIL called the UK Disney reservations desk and was told that she could not even do an ADR for 3 and an ADR for 4 at the same time as the system wouldn't allow it. Would we have success calling the US Disney Dining line? If a ROL package is ever released for our dates will we be up against the same kind of problem?

Use two MDE accounts. I have to do this when we travel as an extended family because there are times when the fam wants to split for dinner.

No matter the ADR, you are not guaranteed to sit together anyway, and might be split into two tables, so if the only way I can get all of in at the same time is two ADR I do it.

I have been successful booking for 9 over the phone many times, although I have never tried at Tiffins.

I did go ahead and book a party of 4 under my name and DIL booked a party of three. We are planning together and are connected in MDE. Something you said above has not been my experience at all, and we have dined extensively at WDW during our 35+ vacations there. We have always been told (and always experienced) being seated at one table if we have one ADR, no matter the party size. If we book a party of 11, then we will be seated all together. If we book a party of 5 and then a party of 6 for the same time and tell the hostess we would like to be seated together...all bets are off.

It is not a promise. My party has been split on occasion. While Disney restaurants will do all possible to accommodate the party size, it is not always possible, so you do run a risk of being seated at two tables.
