Hi All! so I'm dying to try Tiffins again (it's been so many years since we've been) and this next trip will be just me and my 11-year-old. I already know what I would order (looking at you Shrimp and Grits) but there is nothing on the dinner menu my kid will eat plus he's allergic to shellfish. I know he would really like the kids' steak - can he order that, and would they be able to "upsize" or "upsell" as an adult portion? Or is it just easier to stick to our usual Tusker House so he can get his chicken fingers and cookies :rotfl2: (we love Tusker House, but I was really hoping to try something different).
When we went to Space 220 Lounge, they were so accommodating - they let him order the steak frites even though it was not on the dinner menu - it was awesome!

TIA!

I can't speak for Tifffin's but I have a very selective eater in my house and we have been able to order from the children's menu for him on many occasions. I can't imagine that Tiffins wouldn't allow it. I've seen adults order from the children's menu for lots of reasons. Obviously, I can't guarantee, but I know it has been done. Have a great trip!

I eat there with my son (14) all the time. My experience is they are very accommodating. He gets the Surf & Turf but we ask for the Turf to be plated separately (for me!) and he asks for "just the steak" - no veggies, sauce, accompaniments, etc. Generally speaking I think you'll find them accommodating to other options, within reason.

Love Tiffins.
