Tiffany Towne Car Question

If we want the Tiffany Towne Car to pick us up at the airport & drop us off at WL, how many days in advance should we reserve that? Our trip is 66 days out. I asked my Dreams Unlimited lady about transportation to the hotels, but I haven't heard from her since we booked our reservation in March. For those of you who have used DU, are they supposed to be in contact with me or something? From what I've read here I thought they would be different. I also asked about things to do around the hotel - tours, bike rides, etc. and she hasn't given me any of that info. either. Is it too early?

You can book Tiffany on their website now if you want to if you want to be sure you have them. We've waited until a few days before the trip also and they've never told us no so I wouldn't think you'd have a problem. They also recently merged with another company and so even if they're packed on your travel days they'll send the other company to get you. They did this on our February trip and the other company (don't remember the name, but we have their card around somewhere) was just as reliable, plus we got a stretch with drinks and stuff although we only booked a towncar.

Aunt K have you looked at your itinerary on the dreams unlimited site. From what I understand they work an itinerary for you and then wait for you to contact them with further questions. Go to the DU site and click on client services, enter your ressie # and password and look at your itinerary. Your answers may be there waiting for you, if not e mail her and ask her to contact you

Aunt K - you should have received info from your Dreams agent by now. You must email her to see if there are any problems - I kept thinking I hadn't heard from mine and then i realised I had a strong filter on my inbox and the mails from my dreams agent weren't being recognised - ooops I even chased them to pay my last bill but they had sent stuff it's just all the mails were sitting in my junk box

A friend recommended Dreams Unlimited to me last year and the experience was great! As I saw posted above, once you make your reservations, your consultant will usually only contact you with questions, all the while working on your itinerary. I asked lots of questions, and I must say, my agent almost always got back to me within 1 - 2 hours, and sometimes within minutes! Her name is Cathy Miller, for future reference.

As far as Tiffany's goes, I believe I called them about 1 month before my trip and had no problems. I told them I needed a carseat for my 3 1/2 year old DD and they noted that on my ressie as well. I also got $10 off the usual rate since my agent referred me. All in all, it was a terrific experience!

Thanks for the answer to the car question and the answers about Dreams Unlimited. I guess I'll wait for my reservationist to get back w/ me. The only things I asked her about were 1. the transportation options from airport to hotel (and I think I've pretty much decided on Tiffany now anyway), and 2. what sorts of things we can do in and around the hotels the day we arrive. Maybe she'll get back with me on that closer to the date of arrival. As far as her working itinerary goes, it lists the Tapestry of Dreams Parade at Epcot and that's not running anymore. I would have thought that DU people would know that but maybe not.

Hi Aunt K,

If you email reservations@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com and let them know you have not heard from your agent and have some questions about transportation they will make sure your agent gets it.


Also being this is a transportation question I am going to move it to that board.
