Tiffany Towncar questions

Just booked a towncar for our May Western cruise on the Magic and was wondering if anyone could help with a couple of questions. First, is it standard for the towncar service to make a grocery stop? I seem to remember a thread a while ago that referred to a coupon for a discount on the towncar service, does this still exist? What is a standard tip for the driver and do you tip on both going and returning legs of trip? Any help, and or feedback, would be appreciated greatly.

When you book your reservation, you must schedule a grocery stop at that time. I made the mistake of booking and then calling back the day before we left to schedule the grocery stop -- the dispatcher said that he wasn't sure the driver would have time to make a stop for us, but they'd try. Luckily, the driver took pity on us and made a quick 5 minute stop.

The coupon is one that can be printed off of Tiffany's website -- it's for $5 off, I think. We just gave it to the driver when he picked us up at the airport.

As far as tip goes.. I think we tipped about $10 each leg. Be sure to tip seperately, because you may not get the same driver on both legs.

What gives? I just called Tiffany and they told me that they do not make stops on the way to the cruise line because there are no stores on the way. Am I wrong or did I see a number of posts stating that they, Tiffany, did indeed make stops in the past?

An option is to just rent a car and do whatever you want. That's what we did. You can drop it off at the Radisson and there's a shuttle to the ship......
