Tiffany Towncar pickup

Where does Tiffany Towncar pick up at MCO. Is there a specific area outside baggage pick up area? When I made the reservation I was told by a rather unpleasant lady that I would get that info when I got my confirmation text. I got my text this morning but it only confirms the time and who the driver will be. Thanks for your help.

Towncar drivers typically meet their guests at the foot of the escalator in the baggage claim area. They should b holding a sign with your name on it.

Our drive from Tiffany's met us at our flight's baggage claim carousel. He did have a sign with my name on it.

Well, do know (as I mentioned in another thread), I used this service twice last year and neither time were we met at baggage claim. both times I went through the same experience you did. Got the text the day prior, then got a text message form the driver after we landed asking us to call him once we had our luggage. The first time, we just walked outside form baggage claim, told him which number we were standing under, and he drove to that number and picked us up. The second time, I told the driver which number, he said we would have to walk down to a certain specific number 9which either was or was adjacent to rideshare pickup) and he met us there a few minutes later. Based on what i have read on this forum and my own experience, it seems hit or miss whether the driver will meet you at baggage claim
