Tiffany Town Car??

Has anyone had any experiences with Tiffany Towncar, good or bad??
Planning on using them for the first time in a few weeks!

We used another company the last time, and they never showed up for our return to the airport. :(
 
We've had successful experiences both times we have used their services. :teeth:
 
We have used them twice and they have always been where we expected them. They have usually been early. We love them!! You will too.
 
We love Tiffany, its the only company we use. We dont get the towncar but get a van for our family of 5. Our favorite driver is Berkley Edwards and I always request him on our reservation. We did have a driver once who was quiet, didnt like to talk, but was efficient.
 

We have always used Tiffany. We had a problem with the driver, on one occasion, but apparently we were not alone, and he is no longer with the company. They more than compensated for the problem, by giving our $$ back. We gave them a another chance, and have never been dissapointed.


You will be pleased.
 
We've used Tiffany for several years -- at least the last five. We use the van and each time request Berkely Edwards. He is fantastic. When I have encountered any type of problems I call and talk with Debbie. They are handled immediately. Overall, though we have been extremely satisfied with them .... and I am very hard to please. Just used them in Nov/Dec and are going in three weeks. Are using them then, too. We even pay for the van when we don't need it if they promise to send Berkeley. He is wonderful.
 
Have used tiffany three times in the past year or so. Had one minor problem which they rectified immediately. Will be using them again in october.
 
:cheer2: Here's another hats off to Tiffany Towncar! We have used them three times for transportation into Disney.
 
We used them once and the driver was good.....will be using them again this time around.....
 
We've used Tiffany a couple times. I just used them in November. We had great service, right on time. I would use them again.
 
Tiffany was great!! They were at the Airport when we walked down to luggage even though our plane was 20 minutes EARLY! We were thrilled. We got Berkley Edwards (we had a van since we were 7 people). He was so nice and pleasant and took us to a Publix for our store stop. He even had list of where most things were in the store so it cut out the time for us to have to look in a strange supermarket!

We had him on the way back and he was right on time. They didn't mess anything up and we were picked up from a different resort!

Don't hesitate! They were great!
 
We just got back from our trip and have used Tiffany 2 times before but not after this trip! First of all Southwest bought our flight from ATA 1 week before we left. When I called, I gave Tiffany the new information right away when I found this out. Then I called 2 days before we left to confirm it. Everything seemed okay. Well when we arrived at the airport, we couldn't find our driver! Our flight was runing about 10 minutes early so I didn't think much of it. We still didn't have our luggage yet and I still didn't see our driver so I asked another Tiffany driver if he knew where our driver might be. Well he( Tes) was there but at our old time which was 2 hours earlier. Well he complained about it and complained and made it seem like it was our fault he got the wrong information. He was even given the wrong pick up hotel for our return. When he dropped us off, my DH was trying to figure the tip and was asking me about it. I told him to just tip for 1/2 the trip since you sometimes get a different driver on the return trip and you pay for the total round trip at one time. Well he piped up to say that normally people tip him 20%. Well first of all I don't like being told how much I need to tip by the people providing the service, but after complaining to us several times about his companies mixup and making it seem like it was our fault, he is lucky he got any tip. He wasn't pleasant like our previous drivers, he didn't talk much at all except to complain. Plus he wasn't very helpful with the luggage. Needless to say I am looking for a new towncare service on our future trips!
 
I would be upset too if I got service of this caliber. That being said, I would call Tiffany and ask to speak to Debbie. When we have had a problem she has been prompt to correct it and we have always been satisfied with her solution to the situation. It would be worth a try, at least. I'm a firm believer that companies can't do anything to fix a problem if they don't know it exists. I know once we got a driver similar to yours, and Debbie said that they would no longer use that driver. The solution she offered was more than fair. Our experiences since have been excellent.
 
I agree about the tipping thing. You might not have the same driver, so I would only tip for that portion too. We used them several years ago, and they were really great.
