tiffany ressies confirmed?

I booked a reservation with Tiffany the other day online. We are a party of 5 and I was never asked if we needed a van. Should I expect they know we need that due to the number in our party?

I did put a request in for a car seat. Will they call to confirm or do we have to call them? I just got a print out and I am not feeling so good about taking that as a guarantee.

How has it worked for other people?
 
I have a confirmation that I printed out on-line, but I thought they would send an e-mail confirmation as well. Do I need to call to confirm?:confused:
 
I got an email confirmation a few hours after I booked online. Our airline just made some changes and I emailed Tiffany to let them know. I also plan to call 1-2 days before we leave and confirm.

Did you tell them how many of you there are? I f not, just make sure they know.

Tiffany Towncar is VERY reliable (great drivers -- nice cars -- always on time -- keeps track of my flight in case it's arriving late or whatever). In 7 or more years they have never let me down. I call and make my reservation and never gotten any written confirmation, but never had a problem.
 

When I made my reservations on line, I did get an email confirmation.
I just called them today because we were going to the POR and leaving from the POR, but now we are going to the POFQ and leaving from the Poly. There was no problem with the change, they were very nice about it. I booked before the price increase and I asked if my reservation would go up, but I was assured that I would only be charged the rate that was in effect when I booked.
I have dealt with Tiffany before and I have always had good service.
 
Just wanted to add that when I submitted my original reservation, I put that I needed the van in my comments section. I again reviewed that I needed the van and grocery stop when I sent in my changes and I received a confirmation of the update today.
 
We used Tiffany last week.

When I made the original reservation via email, I got the confirmation back. But I wasn't comfortable with an auto-reply email. So about a week before I called to confirm and talk over the reservation. They couldn't find it! So we made a new one that I talked over on the phone.

I was a little nervous after this, but decided to keep my reservation (I had a bad towncar experience in October with a different company). Tiffany was fine - the car was there and got us to the port quickly, and they were there and got us back quickly. But I'd recommend you call and review your reservation with them.
