Tiffany response

I made reservations over a month ago thru Tiffany Town Car on the internet. Am I supposed to receive a confirmation email? I did last year but I haven't heard anything yet.We will be going the 1st week of October. Tahnks for any info

Email them again. Normally you get a response within 24 hours. I heard last month they were having servicer problems. Now everything is ok with their server, so go ahead and email them again.
