Jewelry like that scares me, lol. That people are having a hard time getting by in life with money .. where as other people go and buy things for thousands just to wear.
You should put an add in the local paper that says "jewlery piece found on such & such bike trail, call to describe" and if the person who truly lost it is looking they can claim it. I would also file a report with the local police, it could be sentimental & someone might be at home heartbroken right now!Spread good karma! If you lost your jewlery that someone special gave you, you would hope someone tries to get it back to its righful owner.
That's exactly what we plan to do!![]()
My friend's partner is one of the top Tiffany salespeople in the country and has been with them for years. I will send the pics to him and see what he says!![]()

OP, you may want to keep some detail out of this thread so that a lurker might not try to claim the piece.
I couldn't tell in the picture. Is it silver color? Diamonds wouldn't be set in silver, most likely only platinum or gold.

Any jewelry store can tell you instantly whether the stones are real or fake.

Thanks!
Here is the official word from the Tiffany guru: "Lee says no way. He can tell by "the saudering, the craftsmanship, etc. They would never do this." So he says it's totally fake.
So, it's probably not worth much except to the owner.![]()
Thanks!!! Now we know it's not that big of a deal!!!
Well darn! Our watch is over. Can you go find something else??![]()
