Are ties part of the Disney Look for check in, Traditions and training? Are they necessary?

TIA

Ties are not necessary, however, it would be wise to bring one in case you go on meet & greets. I have been known to change from ordinary Disney Look for work into a nice suit to go on a meet & greet.

What meet & greets? Is this at the seminars or workshops? Or something separate?

Just gathering as much info for my kid before he comes home for the holidays to make his research alittle easier :confused3 :goodvibes so thank you!

"Meet & Greet" is the term given to networking opportunities. These are generally one on one conversations/meetings. Some of the classes also offer networking opportunities and it never hurts to dress it up a bit to make a great first impression.
