Hi
have you tried those ?? are they good ??I know a bit expensive but they look practical ...one of my concerns is that while looking at the scents ...size of bags ..the other day ..a few bags seems to have a few broken inside / bag ..enough about that lol..what I am wondering is you pleased with them $$
thanks

I bought them to use on a recent vacation and haven't used anything else since. I really like them.

I like them, but make sure you do put them under the clothes and not on top. One of the first loads I did almost ruined a brand new top. It left a mark from the pod (purple) on the top. I was able to get it out, but from then on I made sure that I put them under the clothes.

I bought with a coupon and I love them for traveling. I just got smallest bag believe it was 15 pods. Most other laundy brands have them now also

The little packaging thing does not dissolve in our washer. It makes a sticky mess over everything.

The Cascade ones work in the dishwasher though. Probably a temperature thing since we don't wash clothes with hot water and the dishwasher heats the water up hotter than the water heater puts out.

We wash everything in cold and have not had a problem with the packaging not dissolving.

That is a great idea! We are going to the beach in a couple months and that would really cut down on packing! Do they work well with the regular top loading washers?

I like them. I did use two once for a large load, and a couple of clothing items came out with lavender marks on them. I used them correctly - underneath the clothes, but still a splotch of detergent on clothes. Since then I only use one per load and it's been fine.

Love them. I got a free sample via Vocalpoint and they do a better job with cleaning and brightening our clothes. We have a front loading washer and I haven't ever been 100% satisfied with the HE detergents. The only minor issue is that you still need other soap for smaller loads since you can't adjust the pods.

I love them!! I first bought them because my DH wanted the big plastic container they came in. :rotfl2: At the time I thought the price was outrageous and hadn't planned on buying another container. However, it's August and I've had that container for 2 months now. I'm not going back to regular detergeant. Not only are the clothes clean but I don't overuse detergeant. If there are 30 pods, I get 30 washes. :thumbsup2

I use the ALL ones not the Tide. But I love them!!!:laundy: My DH told me to purchase them when I ran out of the first bag. It is more expensive but to me so worth it. Less mess and no overusing of the liquid.

Yep, I love them too, just used one today. I also wash in cold water only, and have never had trouble with the packet not dissolving. I can't imagine going back to the liquid, either.

Give them a try! I bought the smallest bag they had, it wasn't that expensive.

I have them for vacations, I always take a few with me because you just never know if you'll need to do a load of laundry. I make my own detergent for daily use so I only use the pods for vacation, they worked great! No problems in top loading machines and they smell good.

I bought a pack recently as well. I've fallen in love with them, but I know they're more expensive. The soap my aunt had just wasn't cutting it for some things that were sitting in a storage unit for 2 years, so I bought the pods and the booster tabs for getting the stuff clean. She has a top loader washer, and they work just fine. I'm even guilty of tossing them on top of the clothes without any problems.

Now they do average about 25 cents per load, which is more than even the Tide in a bottle (20 cents a load). Arm and Hammer, ALL, and Purex all have their own pods as well. I bought a bag of Purex ones today at Target, they're only about 14 cents a load.

I've been washing things at all different temperatures and have not had an issue with the plastic dissolving. Now there are a few complaints online about that. It could be water issue (like a water softner system) that effects the way they work, but no one's figured it out.

The pods are pretty sturdy, and they're not supposed to melt either, like if they accidently get left in the trunk of a car. So if there was any busted in the bag, it could've been a store mishandling the boxes and crushing them. Or some one trying to be obnoxious.

I bought these because my 12yo son was starting to do his own laundry and I figured there would be less waste this way. I love the pods! Now if I could just get my son to *keep* doing his own laundry. :rotfl:

I have some, and they seem to do a good job. The only issue is (and I may be doing it wrong)...fabric softener. I have been adding fabric softener. I am not sure I am supposed to do that, I didn't see anywhere it was already in the pod. If it is...the pods are amazing. If not, it just gripes me that I still have to add liquid fabric softener.

Of the reviews I read last night, people were disappointed in the marketing for the product. A lot of them felt it would be great for kids learning to do their own laundry, college students living on campus, some one having to use a laundromat, or for the guy that likes to use a whole bottle for one load.
