That is very odd yes, when I order my tickets from undercovertoiurist.com they usually send me the confirmation number within a couple of hours.

Seems really strange to me. Typically, travel agencies shouldn't charge anything directly through their company. It should show up on your billing statement as WDW something or other. I guess MAYBE if they got some sort of group discount for the tickets, that might be an exception. But even then, she should have the confirmation number already.

They charged it through their vacation company, not Disney. So I have a feeling they charged me and didn't buy the tickets yet. It's the same price as through Disney. Grrrrrrr. I should have just done this myself.

I really hate it when travel agents do shady things like this and give the profession a bad name. I would say to keep pushing them for either a confirmation number or a refund. Then maybe dispute it with your credit card company. A travel agent can be a great resource - there are plenty of Disney specialized agents, working with Earmarked agencies who can really help maximize the value of your trip. Good luck - I hope you get this sorted out.
