Tickets

Does US offer a "non-expiration" option?

The only non-expiration tickets were available through Costco and that deal seems to have disappeared from their shelves right now.

It looks like that is a "member price"? What is the price/restrictions on membership?

Did you ever find an answer to this question or anymore information about this company?

I didn't see anything about it being a member price but maybe I didn't read the "fine print".

This is such a great price. I'd love to order some but I'm trying to find out more information first...

Hi there. I still have the Costco tickets from 2010 trip with 2 days left and will not expire until 2014.

So I just bought tickets from DH and DS who is 5 from USSSA.

When you go there and register there is no other information required, anyone can do it. Just try it. I also called their Contact Us number and asked if tickets can be used in November-December timeframe even though the tournament will be done this week and she said yes.

So I bought last Friday the 1 day PTP and got them yesterday (note there is a $23 shipping fee). I have scanned the tickets but have not figured out where to store them so I can link it here.

I ordered them too ... were the tickets you got "Youth" tickets? I ordered three tickets and on the site they looked like regular, but they showed up today and on the back the say 2 day Hopper - Youth, which is kind of a problem since I was planning on using them for myself, DH and DS7 ... I wonder if they sent me 3 youth tickets by mistake or if that's what the tickets are though its not indicated anywhere on the site. I'm kind of worried that I might have to find a way to get two adult tickets still and be out the $220 for DH's and my tickets. :scared: In my confirmation e-mail it says nothing about being Youth tickets either.
I wonder if I'll be able to upgrade them to adult tickets at the gate??

No member price. See above to see the problem I've run into. I'm going to call USSSA tomorrow to find out it I was sent Youth tickets by mistake or if I'm S.O.L.

Does is actually use the words "hopper"?

I've never heard of a youth ticket before.

Upcoming trip and looking at a day at either IoA or US. But looks like it would only happen if we make it a full trip. Nobody likes coasters and BTTF is long gone...

Do remember several years back when I took my now DS16 for just a morning to the BTTF ride. Ticket was B1G1 and then it was good for 5 consecutive days. Total was $100. A few years ago by going to a convention, I was able to get $50 half day tickets, good for an afternoon at HP.

But now those specials are long gone...

Sorry the wording on the ticket itself:

Line 1 (just below normal fine print): USSSA - US SPECIALTY SPORTS ASSN
Line 2 NOT VALID FOR 3RD DAY FREE Valid 7/25/13 thru 12/31/13
Space
Line 3 (above bar code) 2-Day PTP Youth/Universal AND Islands

On the USSSA website below the Universal ticket page where you select how many of which (1 day, 2 days, PTP, etc) it has this message:

"Tickets are shipped the NEXT business day after you order by Fed-Ex at an additional fee based on service type and CANNOT be shipped to a PO Box, Hotel or Resort. Alternatively, tickets may be picked up at USSSA National Headquarters (611 Line Drive, Kissimmee, FL 34744) Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. TICKETS CANNOT BE PICKED UP ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS. Tickets NOT purchased online but IN PERSON at the National Office will be subject to a $20.00 processing fee. REMEMBER TO ORDER YOUR TICKETS WELL IN ADVANCE AS ALL TICKETS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Payment policy for theme park tickets is full payment due at the time of purchase. There is no separate pricing for adults and children; all tickets are priced the same and include tax. Children under 3 are admitted free to the theme parks. All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable and non-exchangeable. Some activities/events may be separately priced. Advance purchase is encouraged. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Tickets are NOT available for purchase at theme park ticket booths. Not for use by Travel Agents."

It has the exact same message underneath the WDW tickets though ...

1. No need to be a member when you register.
2. It does say Youth on all the tickets but it also say at the bottom that its same for adult or child. I know folks who are adults and traveled with their daughter and used the same ticket.
3. PTP - means Park to Park so this is US/IOA version of a Park Hopper.

We got 2 1 day PTP tickets, 1 for DH and 1 for DS. I still have my old Costco 3-Day PTP tickets from 2010 and will not expire until 2014. Our trip is on 11/29 and plan to use this on 12/2. I did call USSSA and they said that these tickets are valid until expiration date even though their sport event is done this week.

Below are pics of the new tickets we bought from USSSA. Before folks panic, the 2 Day PTP has a completely different look on the front. It actually looks similar to my Costco ticket where it says Multi-Day Ticket and 2 boxes for name and signature.

Here's the front image of 1 day PTP:

That is extremely helpful! I feel much better about my tickets now!
Thanks!

I just called universal and although he couldn't confirm the tickets are valid he did say they sounded correct to him. They are good for adults as long as they do not say child on them. I checked back on the USSSA site and they have been selling tickets for a few years. Disney park hoppers seemed a good price also. I ordered 4 Universal tixx.

I called Universal and they confirmed that it's possible to upgrade the tickets to include additional days, if needed.

I purchased one day park to park tickets from USSSA and used them yesterday with no problem. :cheer2: :cool1: Thanks for the suggestion!

How long did it take to get tickets?

I ordered mine online and it took 2 days to get them to me in Indiana via fedex.
Hope that helps..

Thats good, how much was postage?

$23.00. I ordered 12 tickets and it was still $23.00. That was their regular shipping charge. Im not sure if they offer a rush shipping option but it only took 2 days with regular ground.

Has anyone actually used these to get into a park? I'm a little nervous but it's an awesome deal!
