Tickets - what happens if you dont make it ??

Hi,
Quick question if i buy 14 day ultimates whilst they are on offer but something happens which means that we dont get to disney this year do I lose all the money or do disney just ask you to pay the increase for 2011???
7 days for the price of 14 is such a good price but with so many ifs and buts im worried that we will lose all the money if we dont actually make it out there??
Any body know???

Sounds like a TERRIBLE deal to me. I don't know the answer but I think the 14 days for the price of 7 has been pretty much a constant offer somewhere or other so I wouldn't feel pressured into buying now.

I hope that everything works out and you do get to go, you deserve it.

That offer has been on for ages that's not to say it will stay on though. Universal just changed their ticket plans.

I don't know if you could exchange them as I don't know if companies other than Disney could check if they had been used. Perhaps the best thing to do is ask the company the question.

I bought tickets from Disney last year, and then decided I wanted the dining plan so had to buy them again from Virgin, as that's who my resort was booked with. Disney refunded my payment, but kept 10% back as a "deposit" (you have to pay full price up front obviously). I had to argue it a bit, but they did it in the end once I pointed out their t's and c's state a full refund will be given (minus deposit) if you cancel with however many days out it was (100 possibly?!). I think those conditions officially relate to holiday packages rather than tickets, but not much they could do as they had sent those conditions to me with the payment receipt!!!
