Tickets Through Orlando Fun Tickets??

So, a friend of mine bought tickets through ORT recently and wants out of them to take her kids to Universal instead!?! WHAT?!?!?! LOL Anyway, I've never gone through them before and not sure if she made a good decision. I'd be more than happy to buy them off her because she can't return/cancel, but it doesn't say anything about transfers and they are not attached/loaded into MDE (she doesn't have an account.)
My biggest concern.. they are base tickets... we use hoppers... Can they be upgraded before they are used? Can I have a day or two added??

Anyone know anything about this?? I really want to be able to tell my friend yes or no soon so she can try to sell them to someone else if they won't work for me. Thanks!!!
