I booked our Mother/Most of Daughters trip yesterday. I have been trying to link my reservation to play with my MagicBands. I keep getting this message:

This reservation was made by Mrs. Jill and is already linked to a Disney account. Please contact Jill regarding this reservation.

I do not see that these MB are linked anywhere in my MDE app.

What am I missing!?

Reservations are linked to your account.
Bands are linked to your account.

Bands don't link to reservations.

Do you see both the reservation and the bands in the same account?
 
I do not see the bands listed at all. When I go to the Magic Bands section of MDE, it has a button to click on to "link" a reservation, which was my reasoning for my terminology.

Do you see the part where it says "You have 12 MagicBands or Cards assigned to you"?

Are you logged in to "Mrs. Jill's" account? Can you see the reservation?
 
Okay, that picture totally helped me!! I realized we were talking two different things. I was using MDE online, not in the app. When I saw your pic, I went to the app. It recognized that I had 3 new MB's (there was a box above that I could customize new bands)...then said I had other MB assigned to me below that. I clicked on the customize new bands, and it asked me if I wanted to go to website to customize, clicked yes. When I get to the website (now on my phone browser, before was on laptop) - it gives me same issue.

I am logged into my own account, can see my hotel reservation in there. Have my confirmation number via email and the hotel reservation listed with confirmation number in the app. It still gives me this same message about it being linked to Mrs. Jill's account.

It sounds like the reservation was linked to someone else's MDE account... Unless you're Jill?
 
Something like this happened to me. When I went to log into my account one day, it didn't recognize me so I had to create a new account. I used the same email address but then I couldn't see my reservation that was linked. All my ADR confirmations were sent to my email on the account. When I tried to link my reservation, I got an error that it was linked to another account with my information. I called Disney and the cast member merged the accounts (or something like that). The next time I logged in again, everything was there. :)

I have not changed anything with the account at all, but my take away from your comment, is that I just need to call Disney!
