Tickets purchased with date time frame / Limited Capacity

Hello everyone. Booked our vacation and purchased tickets for May. I purchased the 3 park 4 day pass with 7 day date time frame. Such as May 14-20. I know covid limits compacity. My question is since we purchased tickets with the date frame does that mean we will not be turned away?

No. If park reaches capacity you would still be turned away (unless you're staying in one of the on-site resorts). You will be offered a refund if you can't get in.

That all being said, by the time May rolls around they might have increased capacity. Also, if you get there for rope drop you will undoubtedly get in as on their really busy days they don't tend to reach capacity until past 10:00 am. It's typically only busy weekends that they reach their current limited capacity.
