Tickets purchased from Visit Orlando

Did anyone here purchase Walt Disney World tickets from Visit Orlando and had their vacation affected by park closures? I’ve read what Disney‘s policies are and what is happening with UT, but haven’t been able to find any info about Visit Orlando (other than their website which says to call Disney). Any first hand experience to share?

I also bought my tickets through Visit Orlando. I did the online chat with them and they said that Disney would automatically extend their dates if they were affected or else I would have to call Disney directly. I am not sure I will be able to make it to the parks by December so would actually prefer a refund but my tickets aren't technically affected yet as they are for May 10-16 so I am just playing the waiting game right now.
