Tickets-Park Hopper Option

We are here right now and can't believe we did not use the park hopper option on our tickets. Do we have any options to exchange for the water parks or get our money back or did we just lose our money ?

Just wanted to let everyone know what happened. Once we got to Typhoon Lagoon, we went to guest services and easy enough, they credited us the $ we paid for the hopper option and applied it towards the day tickets so we didn't have to pay anything out of our pocket that day. It was so easy and painless and we were really happy!
