Tickets not showing on MDE

I purchased a package from a TA for Sept 2020 but have moved the res to Feb 2021. Have been attempting to make my park reservations, but MDE shows no tickets. My TA has called on 3 separate occasions to get this remedied, but cast members keep telling her my tickets are there. First time they "forgot to transfer the tickets to the correct date" Second time they saw no issues, and this last time they said they can see the tickets listed, but I still cant see anything in MDE or make park reservations. Any help?
 
Have you tried app, web page, incognito mode, different browsers?
 
I had a similar problem (upgraded my tickets to more days, but the old ticket was still showing and wouldn't let me make park reservations for the new days). You need to call Disney tech support specifically--the reservation CMs can't help with this. 407-939-7917
 

I sent an email to tch support due to my work schedule not allowing me to call during service hours, they fixed it yesterday!
