Tickets linked to person?

I’m wondering if Universal tickets are linked to a specific person like Disney tix are? I’m not trying to cheat if it’s not allowed. Our situation is that we have 3 kids and the youngest will be too short to do much at Universal and honestly it would not be worth it to buy her a ticket, but the older two LOVE Harry Potter, so was thinking of doing a day or two at Universal with one adult and the two big kids while the other adult took the youngest elsewhere. If the ticket could be swapped between the adults we’d do two days so we both could experience it. Otherwise we’d do 1 day.
