Tickets: Legoland/Peppa Pig

I screwed up. I bought tickets to Legoland for our spring break. I thought I clicked the box for 1-day Legoland and Peppa Pig World, but I must have glossed over it. So, now I have tickets to Legoland and the water park. I called, but they said they don't sell tickets over the phone, so no help from people. If I want to go to Peppa Pig World, it looks as if I'll have to pay full price for that day ($45/person) vs. the $25/person it is for Black Friday, because it's blacked out over our spring break.

Is there a way to add Peppa Pig day of? Is there a number I can call that allows for changing confirmed tickets? The 4 year old is very invested in the idea.
