Tickets have been linked...what if we don't go??

My sister and I each have 1 day left on 10 day non-expiration park hopper tickets that we purchased back in 2011. Both tickets are linked to my account.

We currently have plans to stay 1 night at Pop during the week after Christmas to do a day at the parks and then end with the Osborne lights at night. I plan on making FP+ reservations next week when my window opens up.

My question is this. If we decide that we aren't going to go (which is about 50/50 at this point) and I cancel all resort reservation, ADR, and FP+ bookings, what happens to our tickets? I assume it won't take our last day away from us, but will the tickets still stay linked to my account? What if my sister wants to take a day trip without me someday with her 1 remaining park hopper day? Is she out of luck? Is she forever linked to my MDE?

Thanks!

3. Is she out of luck?
4. Is she forever linked to my MDE?

1. Tickets remain unused.
2. Yes.
3. No.
4. No.

Thanks! So if my sister wants to use her ticket for a different trip in the future, she can link it to her own MDE account even though it's linked to mine?

Does she already have an MDE account? Are you already linked up through MDE?

The simple answer is that it won't matter one way or the other whose account they are on.

Great. Most likely we will use our 1 day tickets together at some point in the future if we don't do it in December. But you never know.
