Tickets from Target assignment to guest

I saw tickets at Target recently and have a question about assignment of them.

Our son and his girlfriend and our oldest daughter and husband are joining us on our upcoming trip if all goes well next month.

If I buy them these tickets from Target, can I make fast passes, but then if for some reason they couldn't come, use them at another time or assign them to a different person?

If not, is there any tickets I could do this with?

If it's answered somewhere already could you please just point me to the correct thread.

Yes.
Unused tickets from nearly every authorized source can be reassigned.
And, if they expire, you can use their value toward buying new tickets in the future.
