We will be in France in mid-late August. There are three of us and we are planning to be at DLP for my DD's 13th birthday, but nothing (!) is set in stone except maybe our flights and even they can be moved around since they are booked on miles. We will probably just stay in Paris and take the RER into DLP because we have tons on hotel points for Hilton & Hyatt so we stay for free. We plan on going to DLP for 2 days (maybe three, but probably not).

I am trying to get the best priced ticket I can and I am a little confused about the different websites dedicated to specific countries. I look on the DLP United States website and I get the following prices:

2 Days/2 Parks = $187 USD
20th Anniversary Ticket 1 Day/1 Park = $84 USD (I assume that I can purchase 2 tickets for each of us), 2 tickets = $168 USD

These prices include all taxes and VAT.

I look at DLRP Magic and the prices there are quoted in pounds and euros and given the current conversion are cheaper than from the US site. If I go to the DLP UK Site I get:

2 Days/2Parks = 114 GBP = $177 USD
20th Anniversary Ticket 1 Day/1 Park = $51GBP = $79 USD

If I go to attractiontix.com the prices are even less! I have a credit card that does not charge any monetary conversion fees, so I *think* I would pay the converted price at the DLP UK website or attractiontix.

Heck, according to DLRP Magic the GATE price of a 2 Day/2 Park ticket is €131 which converts to $151 USD which is very close to the attractiontix price. Do the blue gate prices at DLRP Magic (http://www.dlrpmagic.com/planning/booking/park-tickets/) include all taxes and VAT? How about the attractiontix tickets?

We are also thinking about purchasing Francilien APs since they are €119 = $143 USD (only €45 = $55 USD for my DD if we go on her birthday for the first day) for the additional discounts but I am not sure if it will work out that our 2nd day would be 3 days later.

Can't really give much advice as I've only just booked my first trip to dlp in feb through travel agents so got my park tickets with hotel. I would go with whatever site thats the cheapest and suits your budget and needs. With the AP I would only get them if I knew I would either be spending 3 or more days at park or going to make regular visits to DLP. I haven't looked on any other country Disney site so can't be of much help sorry

With the vat etc with attraction tickets, they may say at checkout if vats added so maybe do a dummy order and see at checkout. Lot of places give a price breakdown before you enter payments. Maybe try this??

There have been 100 views and no one has advise? :dance3:

Wasn't connected yesterday but I'll give it a go now

If you want 2 day/2 park tickets the Francilien at either 45€ (Tues/Thurs) or 53€ (if you go on a weekend/Mon/Wed/Fri) per day would be a good one

You can buy them now and print them off at home for 50cts a ticket or buy them and go and pick them up in any Fnac for free

They have to be purchased minimum 5 days before your visit so you are good for August

Your daughter can use her free b'day ticket one day and a Francilien ticket the other

:)

If you can firm up your dates five days ahead of time, the Francilien is the way to go. If you can't commit, you might think about a Shareholders Club membership and use the 15% discount off gate prices. You also get discounts on food and merchandise.

It's even cheaper buying an AP from a discount site and you get discount on c/s as well like that ;)
